Nx250 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nx250 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other provided method — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the nx250 platform immediately.

These terms apply to all platform users, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and those accessing via authorised third-party applications. nx250 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of nx250 services, you will need to register an account using truthful, accurate, and current information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without warning.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorisation
• Notify nx250 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Ensuring all your profile information is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur

Nx250 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their login credentials. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all account holders.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to use the nx250 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and must not use it for any activity that is illegal or harmful to others. Specifically, users are prohibited from:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate the betting system, or exploit technical bugs
• Disclosing or sharing your account information with any other party
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity
• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and further legal action at nx250's discretion.

4. MYR Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the nx250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking transfers via FPX and e-wallets such as Boost and Touch'n Go.

Regarding deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are typically credited within two to five minutes after payment confirmation
• First-time withdrawals require a one-time identity verification, which can be completed within your account
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method
• Nx250 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes within a reasonable timeframe
• Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation

All content on the nx250 platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of nx250 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit such content without written permission.

The nx250 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. nx250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing any external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law

Nx250 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. In cases of closure on valid grounds, any remaining account balance (if applicable) will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Closing an account does not eliminate any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.

Nx250 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
